An AI-native incident response system that analyzes production errors via hybrid RAG and automatically escalates a synthesized fix to Slack, cutting root cause diagnosis from ~120 minutes to under 10 (12× faster).
Relay CRM — AI-Native Support System
An AI-native CRM and agentic customer support platform featuring an AI customer service chatbot with urgency detection and automatic escalation to human agents. Implemented knowledge base retrieval using full-text search, automated ticket creation, SLA breach monitoring, Telegram notifications for operators, and end-to-end observability of AI agent workflows and tool execution using Langfuse.
Acaara — Digital Invitation SaaS
A configurable SaaS platform for creating and sharing digital invitations for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Features dynamic templates, URL token validation, guest list management, and Midtrans payment integration. Deployed to real users as a production product.
Startup, Corporate, SME Landing Pages
Built and launched landing pages designed to convert, for startups and SMEs including Reconnai (Singapore), Abdi Real Estate, Tataka Beton, and Shella Jaya Marmer. Owned the full lifecycle from design through deployment, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, so teams could measure campaigns and generate qualified leads.
